Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order, worldwide. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days with tracking included.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak holiday season, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Delivery Time
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–14 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and peak-season volume (especially December) can add a few days.
3. Order Before Christmas 🎄
To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5. Orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, but we cannot guarantee it.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 days of placing your order. Track it any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update after dispatch.
5. Multiple Items
To get your products to you as fast as possible, items from the same order may ship separately from different warehouses. You will receive tracking for each parcel — you will never pay extra shipping for this.
6. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may require a new shipping payment to resend.
7. Customs & Import Taxes
In rare cases, international orders may be subject to local import duties. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the customer's responsibility.
